Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing The Pyper and Novah Luxe Studio. We handle every order with the utmost care, ensuring your luxury beauty essentials arrive safely and promptly.

1. Order Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

• You will receive a notification email as soon as your order has been dispatched, which will include your Evri tracking number.

• Please note: During high-demand periods or new product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every package is perfect.

2. Shipping Rates (United Kingdom)

We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping structure via Evri to ensure your items are tracked from our studio to your door:

• Orders up to £49.99: A flat-rate delivery fee of £4.99 applies.

• Orders £50.00 and over: You will receive FREE delivery.

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order is on its way.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing your Evri tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your link.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at linzi@thepyperandnovahluxestudio.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always strive to work towards a satisfactory solution.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. We currently ship within the United Kingdom. We recommend using a physical residential or business address to ensure the most reliable service with Evri.

 

6. Local Collection

We are pleased to offer a complimentary local collection service from our partner location:

How it works:

• Select "Collection" at Checkout: To use this service, please ensure you select the collection option specifically at checkout.

• Ready in 24 Hours: Most orders are ready for collection the very same day. We guarantee your order will be available within 24 hours of purchase (excluding Wednesdays and Sundays when the premises is closed).

• Wait for your Confirmation: Once your order is processed and ready, you will receive a Collection Confirmation Email. Please wait for this email before heading to the studio to ensure your items are prepared for you.

Collection Hours:
Please note that collections are available during the studio's opening hours. No collections can be made on Wednesdays or Sundays as the premises are closed.
